Datum Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller for a permanent opportunity with an established precision engineering business in Hampshire.
This role would suit an experienced machinist who is confident programming, setting and operating CNC milling machinery and working independently to produce precision components to a high standard.
The role
- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machinery
- Precision component manufacture
- Working from technical drawings
- Inspection and measurement
- Manual milling duties
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ CNC milling experience
- Strong programming, setting and operating capability
- Manual milling experience
- Good understanding of technical drawings
- Confident using inspection equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
What’s on offer
- £20.50 per hour depending on experience
- Overtime at 1.5x
